Little Tokyo becomes a foodie paradise, with the third annual Delicious Little Tokyo Festival. Attendees can experience special interactive culinary and cultural workshops for an entire day of gourmet fun.

Workshops include: Instagramming Food, Donut Decorating, Onigiri – Rice Ball Characters, Pizza Making, a Furoshiki Workshop (traditional Japanese wrapping) and more.  (Fees apply for workshops).

In addition, the stage at the Japanese Village Plaza offers live cooking demos and presentations. Free activities include a Ukulele Discovery Station, Play with Your Food – A DIY Art + Film Workshop, an Art Calligraphy Performance, a Bento Box Demo, and a chance to meet Gudetama the Lazy Egg, with Sanrio.

Guests can stroll through Little Tokyo’s culinary past and present with the Little Tokyo Foodie Walking Tour presented by the Little Tokyo Historical Society and learn about the historical food landmarks found in the neighborhood.
