The Moorpark Teaching Zoo gets in the spirit of the season with fun activities, games, holiday-themed animal presentations, and 14 tons of real snow! To top it all off guests can warm up at the complimentary hot cocoa stand.
Food trucks offer additional refreshments for purchase.

VIP/Behind the Scenes tours at 12:45 and 2:45
Join us for a behind the scenes tour of the inner working of a zoo! Interact with some of the animals only seen from the back and learn how we train, feed are care for over 130 exotic animals everyday. The number of guests is limited to 15 for each tour and there is $7 fee for the tour. Please let us know at the front gate if you would like to join in!
