La JaJa kids is producing our first TV commercial and we are seeking video clips of babies and kids having "summer fun". Are you interested in having your kid featured on TV? Please email us a 1-minute video clip (cell phone videos are perfect!) and your kid will get a chance to be featured on the first La JaJa Kids TV commercial!
Seeking YOUR cute and funny kid home video for "My Super Summer" TV Commercial
Attention Parent!! La JaJa kids is shooting our FIRST TV commercial and we want to feature YOUR CHILD on it!
We are seeking short home videos showing your baby or child:
1. playing fun summer activities or enjoying family travel
2. talking to camera about "I want to do _____ for this summer" or "my most favorite summer vacation was when I ___________"
There is no acting or editing needed, just show us the natural talent and personality of your child(ren) and we will love to show it on TV!
Just a few simple rules: keep it under 60 seconds, do not show brand names or logos, no music (copyright issue), we will send you a parent consent form for signature, all submissions by e-mail only.
Terms: ALL qualified videos will be broadcasted on La JaJa Kids Youtube Channel and Skylink TV for ‘My Super Summer’ during promotional period. Selective video clips will be used for TV commercial production.
VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
-- The videos should be no longer than 60 seconds (1 minute) long, and must be submitted to La JaJa Kids by 8/17/2013 9:00pm.
-- La JaJa Kids and Skylink TV staff members will review the submission and, if approved, the submission will appear at LaJaJaKids.com, KidsFestExpo.com and our Youtube channel for the My Super Summer Family Video Showcase
-- To get an idea on how to film your video, check out our samples.
-- La JaJa Kids and Skylink TV reserve the right to review and decide on the acceptance of each video for airing and uploading to website, no assurances can be provided as to whether your video will appear on the web site. If your video is selected, you will be contacted via e-mail.
-- By submitting a video, you agree to the terms of our Member Agreement.
HOW TO SUBMIT VIDEO
1) Using your smartphone, camera or camcorder, create a short home video of your adorable child/children enjoying the beautiful summer, either in LA or anywhere.
2) Email to info@lajajakids.com to submit your video. E-mail subject should say “Summer Video.” Be sure to provide us all your contact information (parent and child names, kid’s age, address and phone number).
3) Please give your video an exciting title
To enter, you must be a parent or legal guardian of the child/children in the video, and you must be over 18 years old. We will send you a parental consent form for signature/
Entries must be submitted by August 17, 2013
We will email you the terms and conditions, please ACCEPT it
To protect your privacy, we will only post the first name and age of your child(ren) and the city you live in
Try to avoid these . . .
· Employees and vendors of La JaJa Kids are not allowed to assist in the development of your video.
· The video must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, and it must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, harm against any group or individual, or discrimination based on race, sex, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. Such videos will be rejected for submission
· There is no limit on the number of videos you can submit
· Do not show any brands or logos
· Do not use any music in your video (unless it is your composition)
· Do not go over 60 seconds in length
· Submissions may be rejected for any reason, including (but not limited to) the submission guidelines mentioned above.
Terms and Conditions
1. You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the Services (i.e., user-generated content including but not limited to: comments, forum messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) (each, a "Submission") may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by La JaJa Kids and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you. Submissions made to the Services may also be included in our Facebook adn weibo feeds and made available for republishing through other formats.
3.4 You grant La JaJa Kidsa perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free, sub-licensable license to the Submissions, which includes without limitation the right for La JaJa Kidsor any third party it designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed, any Submission posted by you on or to the Services or any other Web site owned by La JaJa Kids, including any Submission posted on or to the Services through a third party.
3.5 You are solely responsible for the content of your Submissions. However, while La JaJa Kidsdoes not and cannot review every Submission and is not responsible for the content of these messages, La JaJa Kidsreserves the right to delete, move, or edit Submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.
3.6 By making a Submission, you are consenting to its display and publication on the Site and in the Services and for related online and offline promotional uses.
3.7 Any person involved in or affiliated with the production of a work reviewed on La JaJa Kids or elsewhere in the Services may not submit a Readers' Review for that work or competing works.
