許多南瓜田都位在遙遠的鄉間，我們出門工程浩大，當然不捨得舟車勞頓累到自己，於是選了離家不太遠的Tanaka Farms入門。這裡算是都市叢林裡的小清新，建立於1940年，由日裔家族代代經營，平日提供附近居民新鮮蔬果，社區支持農業CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)的代表之一，還是校外教學熱門景點。隨著當季蔬果不同，春天採草莓，夏天玩西瓜，秋天南瓜季與歲末聖誕樹，一整年都有活動。每年草莓季與南瓜盛典熱鬧非凡，還經常造成附近大塞車。

Admission Fees

Admission is $4 per person (Children 2 years and under are free.) The Wagon Ride is $6 for unlimited rides. (Children 2 years and under are free.) The Petting Zoo is $4. (Children 2 years and under are free.) The Entry Package is $12 (Save $2!) and includes Admission, Wagon Ride, and Petting Zoo. (Children 2 years and under are free.) Game and Activity Tickets are $4 each. Parking passes are required on the weekends. Parking passes are $5 each.
