Meet the creators of The Not-So Secret Society: Tale of the Gummy. Trevor Crafts, Ellen Crafts, Arlene Daley, and Matt Daley will talk to kids about who the Not-So Secret Society is and what they do. They will explain the roles of a writer, artist, and illustrator and how they all come together to make a graphic novel. Kids will have the opportunity to role-play being a writer, an artist, or an illustrator. There will be mini activities for the kids to participate in: draw yourself as a member of the Not-So Secret Society and complete a mini comic strip; kids will get comic strip #10 to finish, either by drawing in what happens and/or finishing the dialogue. This is an amazing opportunity for graphic novel fans of all ages that will include a giant Gummy Bear give away!
