Lakewood Center is hosting the “Lakewood Community Summer Fest” on Saturday, August 18 from 3 to 9 p.m. outside the mall near El Torito restaurant.

The event will include food trucks, inflatable rides, the onstage recognition of Lakewood heroes and free giveaways.

A special feature will be a concert by ’80s group Knyght Ryder, one of the perennial favorite bands at Lakewood’s Concert in the Parks. They’ll hit the stage at 6 p.m.

The special day is sponsored by Lakewood Center in conjunction with the City of Lakewood and the Lakewood Sheriff’s Station.

6–9 p.m. Free concert by popular ‘80s band Knyght Ryder

There will be large tents for shade with chairs. Feel free to bring your own chairs too.
