We’re celebrating Halloween at the Mart with children and pet costume contests, crafts (in collaboration with Art4People), games, treats, prizes and more! 1st place winner of each costume contest will receive a $100 gift certificate – meet at the Jester Fountain at 2 pm for the contests!
