11 a.m.-2 p.m. Two Locations: Downtown Harbor and Wilmington Waterfront Park
Celebrate Halloween on the LA Waterfront with the Port of Los Angeles! First, kick off the day with a Halloween-themed pet “bark or treat" from 10-11 a.m. (Halloween costumes are admired but not required.) Then from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., enjoy Happy Harbor Halloween, a free, family-friendly event that features a costume parade, music, reptiles, arts and crafts, face painting, games, and fun for kids of all ages!
