Happy Birthday, Los Angeles! Revelers gather on Olvera Street to celebrate the 238th anniversary of the founding of Los Angeles. Birthday cake, historic re-enactments, artisan demonstrations, exhibits, and live music are all planned.

Guests can bike or walk to El Pueblo from Mission San Gabriel following the historic route of our first settlers. A classic collection of vintage automobiles is on display at the Monument as part of the birthday celebration as well.

This event is a great excuse to spend some time on Olvera Street, the heart of historical Los Angeles.
