Intergenerational classes for students ages 5 and up.

Five Saturdays, July 29, August 5, 12, 19, and 26 | 10 am–1 pm

In this class, families will discover the work of classic and contemporary master painters from around the world! Analyze how artists use color, line, and space to create moving compositions that re-imagine the painting medium. In the studio, students will learn painting techniques and explore materials to create their own works of art. The class will include a visit to the special exhibition Playing with Fire: Paintings by Carlos Almaraz. With Valentina M. Quezada.

Art Class Information
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Enrollment varies per class. No prior art-making experience is necessary.
