Spring is here, and so is REDCAT’s annual festival for film-lovers of all ages!

南加最大規模的國際兒童電影節 — 紅貓貓國際兒童電影節 REDCAT International Children Film Festival 將連續 2個週末在downtown Walt Disney Hall 舉行，每個週末共有六場適合不同年齡層小朋友的國際兒童電影接連播出，影片種類包括卡通、紀錄片、短片、甚至有小朋友自己拍攝的微電影，影片來自世界多個國家，包括哥倫比亞、法國、俄羅斯、台灣、阿根廷、韓國、伊朗和墨西哥等，讓大家更深入地認識世界各地對兒童電影的看法。

在媒體資訊極度發達的今日社會，大家都似乎接受和習慣了下載和個人化的娛樂節目，也因為這樣，一個為兒童和家庭而設的電影節就變得更難能可貴了。接下來的 2 個週末，就讓我們放下電腦、手機、和各種主流訊息，一家大小一起去接觸來自全球各地的優秀兒童電影，放眼世界，擴展視野吧！門票大小一律 $5，大家可以盡情觀賞喔！

丫丫提示：電影播放場地就在 Walt Disney Concert Hall 裡，看完電影還可以來到旁邊的 The Broad 美術館順便參觀喔！

The 13th annual REDCAT International Children’s Film Festival features three weekends of exhilarating short-film programs to mesmerize moviegoers of all ages. Magical, adventurous works made by acclaimed filmmakers and up-and-coming auteurs showcase work from around the globe—including Colombia, France, Russia, Taiwan, Argentina, Korea, Iran, and Mexico— to inspire the whole family. Festival highlights include the latest in both live action and animated shorts.

This is a film festival that knows no age-limit! And tickets are only $5 per screening!
