Thanks to this microgrid and Tesla’s Powerwall batteries #CityofSTEM2019 is on track to capture, store, and distribute the sun’s energy to more than 40 exhibitors! This is the same fast-deploying technology that Tesla has used provide immediate energy to communities and first responders in natural disasters like the Woolsey fire and Paradise fire, as well as Hurricanes Florence and Michael in the Carolinas and Florida.
City of STEM is a month-long, community focused celebration of science, technology, engineering and math engaging diverse audiences across Los Angeles.
