Earl Warren Showgrounds will open the gates to the 27th annual Santa Barbara Fair and Expo tomorrow: Wednesday, April 26 and will run until Sunday, April 30. “Back to the 50’s” is the theme; it’s a celebration of your active lifestyle and a reminder to keep yourself MOOving in the right direction.
