Girls in STEM was created to provide girls from our community with new opportunities and experiences in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and to encourage them to explore ideas through hands-on projects and activities. CMSC staff help members in our Girls in STEM Club to form mentor relationships with professionals in STEM fields while also sharing information about the diversity of women in STEM careers.

Our club meetings take place on select Saturdays throughout the year from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The club is open to girls ages 8 to 18, and is completely free of charge. No prior experience or skill level is required – just a curious mind!
