Join Metro Art Los Angeles in welcoming The Open Floor Society as they return to Union Station for another immersive summer series including dance lessons, live bands and open dance floor!

This event is free and open to the public. No tickets or reservations required.
The Floor Improv Days kick off with The Red Line Horns, one of L.A.’s hottest brass sections. The program includes innovative percussionist Christian Moraga leading a workshop with instruments provided by Latin Percussion, and Korede “Snoopy” Sonupe demonstrating and teaching his unique style blending hip-hop, dancehall and movements inspired by dances from Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda and Kenya. Dancer Kati Hernandez will provide a lesson in Afro-Cuban dance forms.
