We’re kicking off the summer with a super-groovy all-ages evening adventure in honor of the Zoo’s 50th Anniversary ZooLAbration! Featuring special meet-and-greets with the Minions from Despicable Me 3.

A different kind of wildlife takes over the L.A. Zoo for Roaring Nights, our popular summer music series featuring live bands, DJs, pop-up zoo keeper talks, special animal encounters, L.A.’s favorite food trucks, lawn games and more.

New this year: Explore more of the zoo with an expanded route open from 6 to 8 p.m.

Full bars are available for guests 21 and older. For all guests, themed attire is strongly encouraged.
