The Symphony is very excited to be presenting a brand new concert this spring designed entirely for children of all ages and their families. This family concert will be a celebration of the fun of orchestral music. Broadway star and Long Beach darling, Susan Egan will narrate and lead sing-alongs with the audience and new music director Eckart Preu will conduct the Symphony.

The concert will be preceded and followed by a Musical Playground on the Plaza of the Long Beach Terrace Theater open to the public. Games, an instrument petting zoo, community performances, and arts and crafts will await the public with food trucks and more! Families from all over Long Beach are encouraged to come and enjoy an experience celebrating the joy of making music together.

This concert is sponsored in part by a grant from the Earl B. and Loraine H. Miller Foundation, the Port of Long Beach, Wells Fargo, and the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. The concert will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2018, at 3:00 PM at the Terrace Theater.
