Midsummer Scream features a dark zones with 14 walk thru haunted attractions created by home and professional haunters offering a preview of the 2017 Halloween events, an entryway by CalHauntS, and performances by the monster sliders Decayed Brigade.

Much like what was featured at Scare L.A. in previous years, there was a portion of the show floor dedicated to miniature versions of several amateur haunts–eight to be exact–plus a scare zone at the entry to the Hall featuring creatures with make-up from Boneyard Effects, the people who do the make-up at Halloween Horror Nights.
